As a Senior UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to drive user experience architecture and design from end-to-end, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. You will also be co-responsible with the other members of the development team for fully functional code supporting compelling interactive experiences.
You should be an entrepreneurial self-starter who is also a team player with a professional presence and strong web / mobile design and UX / UI experience. You have the ability to get things done, collaborate effectively and are a good learner as well as a competent guide. You also inspire your peers and more junior team members to learn and expand their skill set.
It will be viewed as a plus if you also have interest in data visualization and can create impactful designs.
At least of 5 years professional experience in UX design
First-hand experience of the intense collaboration in an agile software development team
English working proficiency and communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience in designing consumer-quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Profound experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing
Graphic and visual design skills, including use of relevant software or tools for graphic design
Rapid prototyping including a quick development process and a tight feedback loop with developers
You combine creative and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions and find efficient answers to tough challenges.
Complex problem solving energizes you and you enjoy challenging the team for more innovative solutions and communicating this effectively.
You love to keep the customer in mind when designing solutions as a constant compass for your quality mindset.
