Zoe is a freelance Senior User Experience Researcher. She has a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and has worked in the government, public and private sectors. Her clients include the UK government, London (Metropolitan) police, American Express, Lloyds Banking Group, British Telecom and Philips. A TEDx presenter, she also enjoys guest lecturing at Oxford Brookes and Bournemouth University.
