In her capacity as User Experience and Design Lead at the Paciello Group (TPG) Henny Swan looks at ways of integrating the principles of inclusive design early on in projects. She joined TPG in 2014 having previously worked at BBC, Opera Software and Royal National Institute of Blind People. Henny has a particular focus on mobile and multimedia bringing her experience to bear on products delivered on multiple platforms. Previous work has included BBC iPlayer (web, iOS and Android), BBC Olympics, BBC Sport and the BBC cross platform Standard Media Player.
