Brian is a researcher and strategist at ResIM, a Canadian UX research, design, and strategy team. Prior to ResIM he was research manager at an IT advisory and consulting firm, where he led workshops on project management, roadmapping, and organizational change. In 2010, he authored a book about pragmatic ways to think through technology-enabled change.
